Sophie t'Serstevens is a Research Analyst at the KLU. Sophie holds a master's degree in business engineering with a major in supply chain management. She graduated magna cum laude from the Université Catholique de Louvain-La-Neuve in 2016. After her studies, Sophie worked for five years in IT and supply chain consulting. She focused on supply chain planning and optimization and helped global organizations set in place planning tools and processes. She also played an active role on ERP pilots and rollouts with a focus on procurement and logistics flows.
Sophie joined CHORD in 2021 with the wish to leverage her experience from the private sector to help build efficient and sustainable humanitarian supply chains.
