Management Fundamentals

Degree program: BSc Managment

This module provides the basis for all other modules in the Bachelor Program by giving the field of management a conceptual framework. It especially focuses on organization theory because management is about leading people and structuring organizations. Having successfully participated in this module, students will have acquired an understanding of the development of Management theory and be equipped with an understanding of how organizations and individuals interact. Furthermore they will be enabled to apply strategies of reflection and critical reasoning, also as part of their continuous personal development.
