Leading Organizational Change - Creating the Learning Organization

The course will give students an understanding of how different factors detrimentally affect a manager's/leader's ability to lead or effect change in an organisation. Changing organisations is one of the most important parts of a manager's job description and often leadership courses over-emphasise the manager's ability to lead change. The course tries to paint a realistic picture of what they should expect of themselves and where the pitfalls and opportunities in organisational change are.
